We work very closely with lenders that specialize in all types of loans for manufactured homes. There is a home loan available to nearly everyone despite your credit score.
Down payments can be as low as $0, but really are based on the total cost of your purchase and your personal finance profile.
- What does the price include?
Every home purchase comes with its own unique set of setup requirements which is very much dependent on site. Our knowledgeable staff will put together a package that will make the home buying experience painless, seamless & easy. We like to handle all homes turn key if possible as our years of experience makes it easy for us to navigate the process.
- Are there any warranties?
Our builders offer warranties with their home, which you would not receive with a site built home. Every part of the house has its own warranty as does every appliance purchased with the home.
Finance rates, terms, and monthly notes are all determined by the lenders, but our staff has the tools provided to us by our lenders to get you an estimate of your payment right here in our office.
- How can I find out if I qualify?

- Do I have to have land/how do I get land?
Total packages with land are very popular! You can use the land you already own, land can be given to you by a family member, you can purchase land from a 3rd party individual or a real estate agent or from the lots that we have available. The financing programs allow you to purchase the land as part of your loan package, No need to buy it first.
- Do you take trade-ins for down payment?
The current mobile home you own makes a great way to meet your down payment needs, yes we take trade-ins.
- Do you work with VA Loans?
To all our Veterans, we do have lenders that will use your VA eligibility for your land/home purchase.
